How do i run final fantasy IX on iso?

I own the original copy but i have no ps1 so I'm using epsxe. I am trying to run it on "iso" so that i can run it without using the disc? I downloaded damien tools but i dont know how to mount it or anything? what do i do?please help!

if it's not psu problem, could be anything actually. first to check are ram sticks. if you have more than one, remove the other one and power up your system, or try changing their places. also, you could try inspecting your motherboard for bloated capacitors.
