What will i do when my best buddy(my dog) dies?

I have the most gourgeous do in the world. We adopted her from sippy creek animal refuge when she was two years old. Apparently she was abandoned when she fell pregnant with pups and so she was dumped on the side of the road :(. Now she is living a happy life and she is getting older now and i am startign to worry for when the time comes.
