Help !!!davids bridal disaster?

i bought a dress for my birhday from davids bridal for 700 dollars. the dress has no alterations and no hemmings and its not fitted. they wont refund my money only give me store credit. i dont want the dress anymore. can i file a cl action lawsuit or use buyers remorse-nj has it. i really dont want that dress.
