Can you help me proofread my work (I'm an ESL student)? - 1 page long?

Food crisis is caused by numerous reasons which mostly can be related to global warming. Global warming decreases the water supply in many parts of the world and hits the agriculture business hard. Also, since there is a change on the world’s climate, this year, the harvest season is not as good the years before, when the climate was more favorable for crops to grow. While some places have experienced water scarcity, others, following the rapid melted of ice in Antarctica, get flooded because the sea level is rising. As a result, there will be no crops available to be harvested. The agricultural sector produce a lot less this year but then, the population is still growing and that caused the matter to become more complicated. The increasingly wealthy and populous countries such as India and China caused the demand for food high. When a country is doing a lot better financially, they consume more.
