Looks like i am going to loose my job after 15 years as i went along with the set up how do i get a solicit?

15 years working for saisburys 3 years of bulling , went along woth a set up i knew about as i had had enough, now going to loose my job , i would liketo sue and take it to the papers ,i have witnesses and diary .
