I cant pay my rent... Can i brake my lease without paying?

I moved into my apartment is oshkosh wi in July 08 and nothing was inclued. I came from a very nice well kept place and this is a dump. It was closer to where i needed to be so i took it. Now i need to pay my rent and all the other bills and i just dont make enough. Does anyone know if i can brake my lease??? I have been putt on a budget plan with all my bills already and i still cant kept up. Im falling more and more in dept! PLEASE HELP!!!
