Ok, so this guys tells me he likes me. We have been dating for a month os so now but he won't ask me out. He tells people he is going to do it when we hang out on the weekends and stuff. I know he isn't shy so, what is it? Why won't he just ask me out already?! I need this answered frmo a guys POV.
