Caught stealing...but can i still get a job in the mall...?

it was 2 years ago when i stole a shirt in sears and my friend stole a lot of stuff that i didn't know of, but the police charged me the same price so i had to go to court and got the case expunged and had to do 24 service hours. will i be able to get a job at macys' or lord & taylor stoes and any store in the mall. i was stupid that i stole one shirt but got blamed for my friend's stuff.
