Does this sound reasonable. I need advice!?!?!?!?

okay, so i am 17,and i have a sister who is 16 and we are going to get our permits at the same time. though i want to get my license first i because i feel that i am the oldest i should at least have the benefit of the oldest and get to drive first. i mean my sister still gets her license but i just feel that it's not fair you know. i told my mom this and she said i was being selfish and that's it. i just wanna know i am i right or just being selfish. oh and btw i never had the feeling of being the oldest because i flunk first grade and ever since then we did everything together though everyone see's her as my older sister because of how we act and look. long story short i love to drive and is it wrong to want to do it first?
