I have watts and im getting rid of them at docs and there frezzing it does it hurt?

i have some watts on my fingers and feet and iv tried loads of stuff but it doesent work so i went to the doctor and they said yer we will freeze it and he pulled out a canister thing and said we put liquid nitrogen in it and Spray it on the infected area in my case feet and hand and he said it is pain full so just wondering has anyone else had that done and can u tell me is it really pain full thanks
