I was ually abused would you do this to get even?

I was abused my step father and well my mom wasnt the best the borrowed thousands of dollars from me and never gave it back, i took out 2 life insurance policys one for my mom and one for my dad. totaling 100 thousand. They both want to be creamated. The rest of the money goes to me. the policy is in my name.and when they die I pay for the funeral which wont be much they want to be cremated but the rest goes to me. Is that cruel or not cruel woudl you do that as well its pay back time right or wrong..
