Is Christopher Dodd the first sacrificial liberal in the socialists war on America?

He won 2004 with 66% of the vote, now he is down to about 33% in the polls. A Conservative would probably get that seat if Dodd ran again. He bowed out to allow a new socialist liberal to campaign for that seat thus reducing the chances of a Conservative getting elected in that liberal district. The liberal power broker machine is not stupid, just sly, crafty and deceitful. Braying sheep will follow about anything on the democratic ticket.
