Is a girl having a deeper voice a bad thing?

As in a 16-year-old with a voice somewhere in between Donna from That 70's Show and Kristin Stewart. Is that a bad thing? Or do guys want someone with a more girly higher-pitched voice? Not that it can make a difference, I just always wondered
