Please help me:) PLEASE!!! ?

whenever I'm stuck a sh!tty situation like this, I always think of a master plan of how to earn everybody's trust back, solve the problem, etc. but I just forget my plan and lie low at school/wherever I'm having drama. so just try to not exist for a while and it'll blow over. hopefully. D:
